What usually brings any of us to a spiritual practice, a walking practice, a yoga practice or a healthy cooking practice is our own discomfort. What happens when you take this one step further and set an intention that your practice be not only for you, but for the benefit of all beings?
OK, maybe cruel is too strong a word…you know I am all about compassion, kindness and giving yourself a break!
