Sometimes it’s easy to feel you know who you are and where you’re going. Other days, the map feels torn to bits and your GPS is out of order. What do you do when it feels like you’ve come to a standstill? How do you reconnect to the inner compass that is always there to guide you home?
What does it even mean to surrender? Most dictionary definitions talk about giving oneself or one’s possessions over to another, or to an ideal. But true surrender, from my point of view, is more about leaning into the self-awareness that leads to wise energy management.
